Position: Associate III - Lab Support

Location: Colorado Springs CO

Duration: 6 Months

Job Type: Temporary Assignment

Work Type: On site

Job Description

Maintain the physical integrity and availability of the data center infrastructure.
It requires a mix of hardware proficiency basic networking knowledge and strict adherence to safety and operational protocols (like ITIL).
Physical: Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders or under raised floors.
Technical: Familiarity with server vendors ( HPE Dell Aruba Cisco) and cable types (LC/SC Fiber RJ45).

Tools:

Proficiency with crash carts cable testers label makers and basic hand tools.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication for relaying real-time status to remote engineers.
