Role Overview
Pinnacle is seeking an organized detail-orientedIT Project Coordinatorto support our delivery team. This role partners closely with project managers engineers and internal stakeholders to keep projects moving forwardensuring schedules documentation communication and reporting are consistent and accurate.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced technical environment enjoys bringing order to complexity and wants to grow their career in IT project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project managers in the coordination and execution of IT projects.
- Maintain project schedules within project management tools
- Coordinate internal and customer meetings and document notes action items and decisions
- Track project progress risks issues and follow-ups; escalate concerns as appropriate
- Assist with onboarding projects from sales to delivery ensuring required documentation and handoffs are complete
- Prepare and distribute status reports for internal teams and customers
- Ensure project documentation is current accurate and stored according to Pinnacle standards
- Partner with delivery team resources to help coordinate work across multiple active projects
- Support continuous improvement efforts within the PMO and delivery processes
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in business operations or project coordination (IT or technical environment preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable working with cross-functional technical teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook Teams Excel Word SharePoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. PSA tools Microsoft Project Smartsheet or similar)
- Understanding of Statements of Work (SOWs) milestones and delivery timelines
- Interest in growing into a Project Manager or Service Delivery role

- Meetings are well-run with clear action items and follow-through
- Risks and issues surface earlynot at the last minute
