Job Summary
METER Group is seeking an IT Systems Analyst I who will specifically focus on supporting and enhancing the organizations Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to align with operational needs. Serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams the Analyst I assist in maintaining system efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
This role works from our Pullman WA office.
For informational purposes the entire pay range for this role is $26.04 -$33.52. Please keep this in mind when applying for this role. Our offer will be based on job-related factors such as candidate experience training knowledge and skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Systems Knowledge: Possesses a beginning to working knowledge of ERP systems including a basic understanding of MRP BOM structures and inventory workflows.
- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot basic system or data issues under supervision.
- Communication: Clear and effective communication skills to act as a liaison between the development team and non-technical end users.
- Organization: High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in ERP support or manufacturing systems is required.
- Industry Preference: Experience in manufacturing supply chain or production environments is strongly preferred.

Full-Time Employee Benefits at METER Group:
