Job Summary
Job Title : Process Safety Engineer
Experience : 5 to 10 Years
Location : Bengaluru
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support Management of Change (MOC) and Process Safety Information (PSI) processes across operations and engineering teams.
- Provide guidance training and quality assurance for MOC and PSI implementation.
- Monitor ongoing MOC activities and maintain process safety metrics and reporting.
- Utilize Power BI dashboards to enhance process monitoring visibility and reporting efficiency.
- Support process safety culture initiatives by improving workforce awareness and understanding.
- Assist in continuous improvement of process safety programs tools and workflows.
- Support closure of audit findings PHA recommendations and compliance-related actions.
- Develop and maintain process safety documentation reports and tracking tools.
- Participate in incident investigations PSM audits PHAs and risk assessment activities as required.
Requisites
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Chemical or related Engineering discipline.
- Strong understanding of Process Safety Management concepts such as PHA MOC and PSI.
- Experience in process safety operations support or process engineering environments.
- Familiarity with Power BI dashboards metrics reporting and process monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of audit management risk assessments and safety compliance processes.
- Strong analytical problem-solving communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional engineering and operations teams.
