Job Summary
Senior UI Engineer ( Specialist)

We are looking for a Senior UI Engineer with deep expertise in to lead the architecture and development of high-performance scalable user this role you will bridge the gap between design and engineering crafting seamless digital experiences while leveraging modern cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- UI Architecture: Architect modular and maintainable front-end systems that support long-term product growth.
- Component Development: Develop a library of reusable accessible and responsive React components.
- State Management: Design predictable data flows using Redux or modern state-management alternatives.
- API and amp; Backend Integration: Partner with backend teams to consume RESTful APIs and GraphQL ensuring efficient data fetching and error handling.
- UX Implementation: Transform high-fidelity wireframes into interactive pixel-perfect interfaces.
- Performance Engineering: Optimize Core Web Vitals rendering paths and asset delivery to ensure a lightning-fast user experience.
- Quality and amp; Testing: Maintain high code quality through unit (Jest) integration and E2E testing.
- Leadership: Mentor junior developers and drive best practices in code reviews and documentation.

Qualifications
Essential
- Experience: 5 years in front-end development with at least 4 years focused on .
- JavaScript Mastery: Expert knowledge of ES6 including Closures Promises and Async/Await.
- Proficiency: Proven experience with SSR SSG and ISR deployment patterns.
- Ecosystem Knowledge: Strong grasp of Webpack React Router and the modern React lifecycle.
- Styling: Expert in HTML5 CSS3 and pre-processors like SASS/LESS.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Hands-on experience deploying and optimizing front-end assets via AWS (S3 CloudFront Lambda).
- Data Handling: Experience working with REST/GraphQL and a solid understanding of CSR vs. SSR tradeoffs.
Preferred
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
- Experience with CSS-in-JS (e.g. Styled Components or Emotion).
- Expertise in performance profiling (Chrome DevTools Lighthouse).
- Deep understanding of OAuth 2.0 and web security standards.
- Experience building or maintaining Design Systems.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
- Experience building enterprise-grade multi-tenant systems.
- Familiarity with Atomic Design or component-driven development.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent practical experience in the field.
