Job Summary
Job Title : Process Engineer
Experience : 5 to 10 Years
Location : Bengaluru
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide process engineering support for offshore production facilities and operational activities.
- Troubleshoot process issues and recommend technical solutions to improve plant performance and reliability.
- Support Management of Change (MOC) activities and small brownfield modification projects.
- Review and update process engineering documents including PFDs P&IDs datasheets and operating procedures.
- Conduct technical evaluations safeguard reviews and operating envelope assessments.
- Support HAZOP PHA audit reviews and closure of safety or operational action items.
- Perform flare/vent studies and support process safety risk model management.
- Collaborate with offshore operations reliability teams contractors and vendors for issue resolution and project execution.
Requisites
- Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Strong understanding of offshore oil & gas production facilities and upstream operations.
- Knowledge of gas compression crude dehydration and produced water treatment systems.
- Experience in process troubleshooting process safety and facility optimization.
- Familiarity with HAZOP PHA MOC and process engineering documentation.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
