Our client in the Telecommunications sector is seeking a Specialist Support & Administration (Security) on a contract duration of 7 months.
To provide specialised administrative governance and control support that keeps the clients oversight and security governance environment structured controlled and audit-ready through disciplined documentation reporting meeting and committee administration stakeholder communication action and decision tracking evidence management control validation submission tracking and executive reporting. The service must strengthen governance visibility submission quality follow-through and control discipline without assuming delivery execution program management accountability or assurance ownership.
Documentation and reporting administration- Prepare consolidate maintain version-control and distribute program documentation governance reports status packs dashboards and related artefacts.
- Maintain reporting calendars repository structures and document traceability to support audit readiness and control record management.
- Prepare recurring reporting outputs including the monthly dashboard and contributions to weekly executive reporting.
Meeting and governance forum coordination- Coordinate governance meetings and oversight forums including scheduling support agenda administration pack compilation attendance tracking minute-taking recording of decisions and actions circulation of minutes and maintenance of formal meeting records in the approved repository.
Stakeholder and communication administration- Maintain stakeholder lists distribution lists communication records meeting notices and document circulation controls to support consistent stakeholder engagement and controlled access to governance information.
Service enablement and administrative support- Deliver a controlled onboarding and operational enablement service ensuring timely provisioning and tracking of access software and equipment requests; monitored submission follow-up; and complete accurate timesheet administration (reminders approval tracking and reconciliation of hours worked vs. claimed).
Security control and assessment support- Support the validation and administrative quality review of Minimum-Security Controls submissions to confirm completeness consistency and alignment to defined requirements.
- Identify issues monitor follow-up actions and maintain visibility of remediation progress.
Risk issue dependency and decision administration- Maintain and update program RAID records decision logs action trackers escalation logs and related governance records.
- Monitor due dates track updates support escalation visibility and maintain traceable links between decisions supporting evidence and responsible owners.
Governance evidence and compliance administration- Maintain evidence repositories approval references decision identifiers committee records and artefact logs required for oversight reviews governance control points and audit traceability.
Governance process support- Support the administration and continuous improvement of governance routines templates reporting inputs and procedural controls to help keep program activities aligned to approved governance requirements and organisational strategic objectives.
- Strong Microsoft Excel Microsoft PowerPoint and AI tool proficiency is required to support advanced reporting dashboard maintenance data analysis executive pack development presentation preparation document automation and efficient production of governance artefacts.
