Job Summary

Job Specification

Our client is seeking an IT Support SPecialist to join their team in Johannesburg. The main purpose of this role is toprovide IT expertise and specialist knowledge to support the business in achieving its
objectives. You will focus on the administration and optimization of the Companys IT related technologies as well asprovide remote and on-site IT Technical Support to allemployees.

In order to be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:

Matric
Post matric relevant tertiary qualification.
Microsoft MCSA Server 2016
CompTIA A Certified
CompTIA N Certified
3 - 5 Years working experience and administering IT Server infrastructure in medium to large organizations.
Must have a valid SA drivers license with own transport.
Ability to lift and carry IT equipment.
Required to work long hours and weekends from time to time

KPAs (Not limited to):

The administration of the Companys IT related technologies.
The administration of Microsoft Windows Server environments and roles.
Administration of Microsoft Applications
To continuously research and keep up to date with current trends and relevant knowledge in order to implement best practice and improve the business.
To be able to communicate your knowledge and solutions to the business in an effective and
appropriate manner.
To build and maintain trusting relationships with stakeholders and relevant bodies.
To achieve targets and objectives within agreed timelines in order to satisfy relevant
stakeholders.
To ensure regulatory and statutory compliance (current and future) throughout daily activities in
their field.
To investigate analyze research and determine the root cause of the problem in order to
develop fit for purpose solutions.
Mentoring IT Support Technicians
Liaise with 3rd Party and OEM supply companies on support of IT related technologies.
