Working Hours: 9AM - 5PM (Mon - Fri) UK time

Salary Range: $1500 - $2000 USD ($) per month

About the Role:

Theyre looking for a highly capable Marketing Operations Assistant to help streamline and optimise the operational side of a fast-growing creative marketing agency.

This role is ideal for someone who loves solving problems improving systems building automations and finding smarter ways to operate - without being asked.

Youll work closely with the founder to improve workflows reduce manual tasks and help build scalable operational systems using AI and automation tools for both the business and its clients.

This is a startup-style environment where initiative matters. Our client is looking for someone who enjoys figuring things out improving processes proactively and building systems that make teams more effective. They care far more about ownership reliability and problem-solving than corporate experience. Priorities move quickly so they are looking for people who stay calm under pressure solve problems proactively and care as much about high standards as we do.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and improve marketing automations complex workflows and integrations between platforms and tools
• Use Claude and AI tools to optimise internal operations
• Support the implementation of scalable systems and processes
• Identify operational inefficiencies and bottlenecks and propose improvements
• Reduce repetitive manual tasks through automation and AI
• Support documentation and SOP creation
• Help improve delivery systems across content communication and operations
• Assist with marketing campaign execution and support the creative teams

Required Qualification & Skills:

• Has a minimum 3 years experience in marketing operations automations or technical workflows
• Has a strong portfolio of example work
• Has strong experience using Claude and AI tools operationally
• Has knowledge and experience of specific marketing and business tools such as:
  • Claude Code
  • Internal Built CRM
  • Higgsfield AI
  • Automation GHL
  • ManyChat
• Is a strong self-starter who thrives in startup environments
• Naturally looks for ways to improve systems and efficiency
• Enjoys problem solving and operational thinking
• Has exposure to large-scale or high-volume operational environments
• Is highly organised and process-driven
• Learns quickly and adapts fast

Bonus Points if You Have Experience With:

• Claude Code
• Building larger more complex workflows
• CRM systems
• Agency operations
• AI-assisted business operations
• Marketing systems and funnel infrastructure
