IT Training & Liaison Specialist

Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Training Delivery: Design and lead high-impact training (1-on-1 workshops and webinars) covering the Microsoft Office suite and bespoke internal applications.
Needs Discovery: Partner with department heads to observe workflows identify pain points and spot opportunities for automation or software optimization.
IT Liaison: Serve as the primary feedback loop to the IT Department translating departmental needs into technical requirements for updates or new tool acquisitions.
Content Creation: Develop and maintain a library of accessible How-to guides FAQs and training modules hosted on the company extranet.
Technical Onboarding: Standardize and lead the tech-onboarding process to ensure new hires are immediately proficient in our core software.
Minimum Requirements:
Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience developing online/web-based training content.
Strategic Communication: The ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Consultative Approach: Skilled at building rapport across departments to uncover efficiency gaps and manual workarounds.
Analytical Problem Solving: Capable of converting vague user feedback into clear actionable recommendations for the IT team.
Agility: A fast learner who can quickly master and champion new applications as our tech stack evolves.
