Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

Full operational control of the security function within the allocated region
Lead and manage Area Managers ensuring consistent service delivery and discipline
Drive financial performance: budgets margins cost control cash flow and profitability
Maintain and enforce ISO SHEQ and security compliance standards
Build and manage strong client relationships including issue resolution and retention
Oversee staff performance IR matters succession planning and team development
Support business growth and implementation of new contracts
