Job Summary

Digital Solutions Architect
Based in Johannesburg
Salary: Dependent on experience
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in CRM and enterprise digital systems (e.g. Bitrix24)
Strong understanding of solution architecture and enterprise systems
Solid experience in data architecture and reporting structures
Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) in a digital/marketing environment
Proven experience designing cross-system solutions across multiple business units
Strong background in business process analysis and digital transformation
Advantageous:
Bachelors degree in Information Systems Industrial Engineering Computer Science or similar
Ideal Candidate:
Strategic thinker with a strong systems and data mindset
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Highly organised structured and methodical
Strong attention to detail and governance
Comfortable working in a complex multi-business environment
Self-starter who takes ownership of solutions and outcomes
