My client is searching for a Digital Transformation Lead part strategist part systems architect part operational fixer.
The kind of person who can sit in an executive meeting discussing AI adoption in the morning and troubleshoot a critical system issue before lunch.
This is not a watch from the sidelines leadership role. This is hands-on transformation.

Required Skill Set:
Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives
Strong technical background with hands-on implementation capability
Experience with systems design automation and IT support
Ability to move between strategy execution and troubleshooting seamlessly
Comfortable working across infrastructure software business systems and operations
Strong stakeholder engagement and project delivery skills
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical teams
Preferred Operational Experience:
ERP / CRM platforms
Cloud technologies and business systems
Process automation tools
AI-enabled business solutions
Systems integration and optimisation
IT operations and support environments
