Our client a leader within the Food Services industry requires a Digital Marketing Manager.
This role will be based at their Head Office in Linbro Park Sandton.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Leads the planning prioritisation and delivery of digital initiatives across websites ecommerce platforms email marketing (EDM) social media analytics and internal platforms while acting as a key commercial enablement partner to Marketing Sales Supply Chain Suppliers and Branch teams.
- Lead digital channel strategy across websites ecommerce email marketing and social media.
- Ensure POPIA-compliant digital communication governance and database management.
- Own digital customer experience lifecycle engagement and retention enablement.
- Lead mentor and develop digital team members to ensure delivery excellence.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Marketing Digital Marketing or related field
Experience
10 years experience in digital marketing or digital platform management within the food services/FMCG industry.
Proven ecommerce or digital platform experience.
Strong commercial project and stakeholder management capability.
B2B and foodservice / FMCG experience preferred.
