Senior Lead IFS Procurement (SCM) Consultant (IGT1)

About the role:

We are hiring a Senior / Lead IFS Procurement Consultant to lead the implementation and support of Procurement and Supply Chain processes in IFS Cloud.
You will own the Procurement workstream end-to-end from solution design and configuration to Go-Live hyper care and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Procurement Fit-to-Standard workshops and solution design
• Configure modules:

                  o Requisition
                  o Sourcing / RFQ
                  o Purchase Orders
                  o Supplier Management
                  o Inventory & Stock Management

• Design and optimize Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
• Support supplier master data migration and validation
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory frameworks
• Support integrations (finance inventory supplier platforms)
• Lead SIT UAT and Go-Live activities
• Provide L2/L3 support and process optimization post Go-Live
• Engage stakeholders across Procurement Finance and Operations

Qualifications :

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7 years ERP Procurement / SCM consulting experience
• Proven delivery in IFS Applications or IFS Cloud
• Strong understanding of:

                       o Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle
                       o Inventory and supplier management

• Experience in data migration UAT and Go-Live support
• Familiarity with public procurement regulations is an added advantage
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
