Senior Lead IFS Data Migration Specialist (IGT1)

About the role:

We are hiring a Senior / Lead IFS Data Migration Specialist to plan design and execute data migration activities for ERP implementations in IFS Cloud.
You will own the migration lifecycle end-to-end from data assessment and mapping to mock cycles cutover and Go-Live support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute data migration strategy and plan
• Conduct data profiling cleansing and validation
• Design data mapping and transformation logic
• Develop and execute migration scripts / ETL processes
• Manage multiple mock migration cycles
• Ensure data integrity and reconciliation (financial operational data)
• Lead cutover planning and migration execution during Go-Live
• Troubleshoot data issues and support hypercare stabilization
• Engage business stakeholders for data validation and sign-off

Qualifications :

Requirements

• 58 years experience in ERP data migration
• Proven experience with IFS Applications or IFS Cloud
• Strong expertise in:

                    o SQL / PL/SQL
                    o ETL tools and data transformation
                    o Data mapping and reconciliation techniques

• Experience in:

                    o Large dataset handling
                    o Financial and master data migration
                    o Go-Live and cutover activities

Preferred Experience

• Multi-module ERP migration (Finance SCM HR EAM)
• Public sector or high-volume transaction environments
• Performance tuning for large migrations
• Data governance and audit compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in IT Computer Science or related field
• IFS Certification
