Job Summary
- Own end-to-end proposal development for sales projects covering technical commercial and scheduling aspects
- Design and optimize plant/system concepts aligned with customer requirements and operational feasibility
- Analyze customer specifications and coordinate closely with internal experts partners and stakeholders
- Present technical solutions to customers and support sales/contract managers during negotiations
- Manage technical documentation and contribute to contract finalization with occasional travel (20%)
Qualifications :
- Trained Engineer (mechanical process chemical) with 5 years experience in proposal or process engineering preferably in international plant business
- Strong technical understanding combined with strong project management and communication skills for a diverse audience (from engineering up to C-level)
- Strong networker and negotiator with a distinct entrepreneurial mindset
- Organized flexible and solution-oriented personality
- Fluency in English and preferably German too any other languages are an advantage
