Finance Transformation Manager

• Drives and coordinates finance transformation initiatives managing a portfolio of projects to improve finance processes systems and ways of working
• Manages day-to-day delivery of transformation projects (ERP BI automation) aligned to the transformation roadmap
• Identifies and prioritizes opportunities for process simplification standardization and automation
• Supports operating model redesign including roles governance structures and finance capability development
• Leads change management activities communications training and stakeholder readiness
• Acts as liaison between the Finance Transformation team and business stakeholders
• Maintains portfolio governance documentation and provides data-driven insights to leadership

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in finance transformation process improvement and digital enablement
• Strong project management track record on time within scope across cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems BI tools and automation platforms
• Change management experience including communication and training support
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Analytical solution-oriented and comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in international or distributed team environments is a plus
