Senior Analyst Procurement Operations Support AMEA

To support this mission Syngentas Procurement Operations is seeking a Senior Analyst Procurement Operations Support AMEA in Pune. This position reports to the Syngenta Procurement operations lead. The role entails multiple tasks under the Direct Procurement business on the SAP Procurement platform.

Accountabilities:

• Supporting global stakeholders on various Direct procurement activities related to Outline agreements Price-blocked Invoices PO Amendments Material master data and Vendor master data.
• Placing and managing outline agreements in the SAP FIORI. Supporting the change request for OLA using the FIORI tool (S4 HANA)
• Thorough review of price-blocked invoices and obtaining approvals from Managers to get this released on time.
• Perform the workflow task to create and extend the materials to the respective plant within the stipulated time.
• Support vendor creation/change requests by verifying all the supporting documents per the guidelines and raising the requests in the MDG tool.
• Review track and ensure the SNOW tickets will be addressed promptly.
• Perform the daily activities including the different reports and support on ad hoc tasks.
• Achieve the agreed monthly KPIs for the Direct procurement process.
• Strong ability to collaborate with other functions like the Validator team Verifier team Regional Procurement managers Material master team etc.

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of experience in SAP system.
• 3-6 years of experience in business process support in a captive shared services center for an MNC is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience in SAP & SNOW tools and their reporting part.
• SAP MDG FIORI knowledge will be the added benefit.
• Should have rich knowledge of Source to Pay cycle.
• Understanding of transactional procurement and accounting processes.
• Being part of a high-performing team.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data in Excel using pivot tables and various other key Excel functions to analyze organize and present data.
