Project Manager (fmdiv.)
Job Summary
- Planning Concept Design & Build: Describe business need (Collect Business Requirements Specifies Business Requirements and defines Concepts) incl. UX from purchasing point of view;
- Agile project management: Track & develop agile implementation plan;
- Lead project & ensure delivery on time on spec on budget on benefit;
- Be responsible for project documentation / product backlog management using Jira T&R generates T&R tickets & explain them to dev team;
- Be the connector between stakeholders/internal customers role experts developers data experts leadership;
- Define & ensure testing criteria define final user acceptance stress test & rollout with AR (including training & adoption);
- Roadmap content / portfolio vision (milestones & deliverables) communicate & negotiate; ability to motivate organization.
Qualifications :
- University technical /industrial engineering or IT degree or others;
- More than 3 years of work experience in agile environment / product management / IT project management;
- Affinity for IT project management tools e.g. Atlassian Jira & Confluence;
- Affinity to combine process knowledge with innovative technology;
- Collaboration & communication skills;
- Experience in pitching / presenting in front of executives (sponsors Management other project teams ..);
- Experience in coordination / leading people & business (leading without target responsibility).
