The Role
Reporting to theHead of Projects theProjectCoordinatoris responsible forsupporting the efficientcoordination and delivery of projects across the organisation ensuring timelines budgets and quality standards are met.
In this office-based roleyou willleveragestrong organisational and coordination skills to support project delivery through structured process-driven work in afast pacedenvironment.
WhatYoullDo
- Coordinateandmaintainproject processes and systems including document control reporting meeting administration siteinspectionsand communications
- Assistwith the preparation and coordination ofproject documentationincluding budgets tenders contractsCapexand purchase orders
- Support Capex andpurchaseorder administration including approvals recordkeepingand invoicing
- Liaise with Financeteam toassistwith contract payments and funding drawdowns
- Provide general administrative support andassistswith onboarding new members
- Maintaina high levelof professionalism and confidentiality across all documentation and communication.
WhatYoullBring
- Demonstrated experience inproject and/or contract administrationwithinconstruction or engineering or a general property related field.
- Basic knowledge of construction processes materials and legal regulations.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiencyin project management software and tools.
- Strong communicationand interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- A desire to work toward becoming a Project Manager
