Were looking for an experienced architectural leader to join our Brisbane studio someone who thrives on bringing people together to navigate the complexities of a landmark project.
As a Senior Associate youll be the central point of connection guiding a large multidisciplinary team with a calm and collaborative hand. Your role is to foster a strong design culture ensure the vision holds true from concept to construction and build trusted partnerships with our clients. If youre a natural leader who enjoys uniting a talented team around a shared purpose this is the role for you.
What Youll Achieve:
- Guide and inspire a large multidisciplinary team fostering a culture of design excellence and open collaboration.
- Shepherd a high-profile complex project from design through to construction ensuring the best possible outcome for the community it will serve.
- Become a trusted partner to our clients building strong relationships based on clear communication and a shared commitment to quality.
- Confidently navigate the complexities of ECI and Design & Construct delivery always championing the integrity of the design.
- Mentor emerging leaders within the team taking pride in their growth and the collective success of the project.
Qualifications :
Who Were Looking For:
- A registered architect (Senior Associate level) with significant experience leading large-scale complex projects ideally in the health sector.
- A natural leader with a proven ability to mentor and manage diverse design teams (20 people) in a supportive way.
- An excellent communicator who enjoys bringing people together and building strong collaborative relationships.
- An expert in design management and coordination processes with a deep understanding of all project stages.
- Someone with a working knowledge of Revit and modern collaborative digital workflows.
