Client Service Coordinator

About the role:

Were looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Service Coordinator to join our team in Millers Point Australia.

In this role you will serve as a key point of contact for our clients ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery. This is an entry level role with our ideal candidate having a great attitude along with being organized efficient and committed to maintaining strong client relationships while providing comprehensive administrative support to our service teams.

Primary responsibilities:

• Manage client communications via phone email and in-person interactions responding promptly to inquiries and concerns
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings appointments and events maintaining accurate calendars and sending timely reminders
• Maintain detailed client records and documentation ensuring all information is current and organized in our database systems
• Process client requests and resolve issues efficiently escalating complex matters to appropriate team members when necessary
• Prepare and distribute client reports proposals and other materials in a professional and timely manner
• Perform general administrative tasks including filing data entry and scheduling to support client service operations

About you

• Prior experience in retail industry preferred
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Tertiary degree in business/marketing (highly desirable)
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and other standard office software
