Duties & Responsibilities
What youll be doing
- Lead and execute the South Africa commercial strategy
- Drive growth across Traditional Trade and Modern Trade
- Own and optimise distributor partnerships and performance
- Take full accountability for P&L and market delivery
- Oversee local marketing execution and brand performance
- Build and refine practical ways of working tools and processes
- Work cross-functionally with regional teams across sales marketing finance and supply chain
- Support future expansion into neighbouring markets
Ideal candidates will have:
- 10 years experience in FMCG
- Strong distributor management experience (essential)
- Solid understanding of route-to-market across TT & MT
- Exposure to Africa / multi-market environments
- Proven ability to own and deliver commercial performance
- Hands-on execution-focused mindset
- Comfortable operating in a lean less structured environment
