About the Role

We are looking for a diploma qualified educator to join our team and lead a room of dedicated educators.

We are looking for a professional educator with experience in programming and the ability to inspire motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the centre for children families and other educators.

You will be joining a supportive team where your ideas input and voice is not only heard but welcomed and encouraged!

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children families and colleagues.
  • Having sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Working in positive collaboration with all members of the team.
  • Maintaining effective communication with parents/carers.
  • Actively contributing to the educational program through conversations observations and documentation.
  • Nourish children through a healthy menu plan
  • As the centre cook you will menu plan order supplies collaborate with families and educators for new meal ideas and oversee the day to day duties within the kitchen.

About You

Successful candidates will have:

  • A completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • A valid NSW Employee Working With Childrens Check
  • National Child Safety Training Certificate
  • Sound and practical working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standard (NQS)
