Your New Role

As a Lead Educator you will lead by example creating an environment where learning thrives and children feel supported to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor educators within your room
• Deliver engaging high-quality programs aligned with EYLF 2.0 and Montessori principles
• Plan implement and evaluate educational programs
• Document childrens learning through meaningful observations and portfolios
• Build strong respectful relationships with children families and the team
• Ensure compliance with NQS and centre policies
• Contribute to a collaborative and positive team environment

To Thrive in This Role You Will Need:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (essential)
• Proven experience working in a childcare setting (Lead or Senior Educator preferred)
• Strong understanding of EYLF 2.0 and National Quality Standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring capability
• A genuine passion for early childhood education
• A collaborative team-focused approach
• Kindness compassion and professionalism in all interactions
