Job Description:
Senior ServiceNow Developer and Administrator with 5 years of hands-on experience for our growing ServiceNow practice.
The role involves end-to-end ownership of platform configuration custom development integrations ITSM processes and providing support.
Roles Responsibilities:
ServiceNow platform administration and configuration
JavaScript (client and server-side) and Glide API
Custom scoped application development in ServiceNow Studio
Flow Designer subflows actions and automation
Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs Integration Hub spokes MID Server)
ACL design roles and platform security
CMDB management and CSDM data modeling
ITSM (Incident Problem Change Request Knowledge SLA)
Performance optimization debugging and troubleshooting
Instance upgrades cloning update sets and release management
Automated Test Framework (ATF)
