Job Summary
| Roles And Responsiblities: | Lead design |
| Scope Of Work: | • Lead design development and configuration of ServiceNow IRM applications from APAC • Customize IRM Workspaces for risk managers compliance officers and auditors to provide a modern intuitive user experience • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions following ServiceNow best practices • Build and configure workflows business rules client scripts UI policies data policies and Flow Designer flows for IRM processes • Configure entities profiles indicators scoring methodologies control attestations and risk assessments • Develop advanced reporting dashboards and Performance Analytics for compliance risk and audit stakeholders • Provide hands on technology leadership. Responsible for design and architecting the solution • Leads and manages the team both on technical and professional skills. • Guide and mentor developers conduct peer reviews and ensure high-quality technical delivery • Manage update sets version control and deployment of IRM solutions across environ |
