Job Summary

Role: ServiceNow SPM Developer / Consultant
Experience: 4 Years
Location: Noida Pune Bangalore
Work Mode: Onsite

Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure ServiceNow SPM modules:
o Demand Management
o Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
o Resource Management
o Agile Development (optional but preferred)
Design workflows business rules UI policies and client scripts
Configure Project Workbench Planning Console and Resource Plans
Customize portfolio planning investment funding and financial tracking
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools (JIRA MS Project etc.)
Create reports dashboards and performance analytics
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into solutions
Maintain data integrity and platform governance
Support upgrades and instance maintenance

Required Skills
Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development
Hands-on with SPM / PPM modules
Knowledge of:
o Business Rules Script Includes Glide APIs
o Flow Designer / Workflow Editor
Experience in Demand to Project lifecycle
Good understanding of:
o Resource allocation & capacity planning

o Financial planning (cost budget benefit tracking)
REST/SOAP integrations
Agile/Scrum exposure
