Job Title: ServiceNow Lead Software Engineer
Job Summary.
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Lead Developer to design develop configure and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities follow best practices and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and implement ServiceNow solutions using best practices
- Customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies Script Includes and Flow Designer with advance Level coding skills.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules such as ÏTSM CSM APO MCO Finance Management Employee Centre.
- Build and support integrations using REST SOAP MID Server and IntegrationHub
- Create and manage Service Catalog items workflows FlowDesinger and ETL Integration Hub DataFabric/Zero Copy Connectors
- Perform unit testing debugging and troubleshooting of platform issues
- Support platform upgrades patches and releases
- Collaborate with architects business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
- Follow SDLC Agile/Scrum and change management processes
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong experience with JavaScript REST/SOAP APIs and integrations
(server-side and client-side)
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture
- Experience with Finance Management and MCO processes (Source-to-Pay Order-to-Cash lifecycle Accounts payable Accounts receivable etc)
- Familiarity with CMDB Discovery and ITSM
- Experience with other Application would be plus like ITOM HRSD.
- Understanding of ACLs roles and security best practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
referred Qualifications
- ServiceNow certifications such as:
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Module-specific certifications (CSM ITSM MCO etc.)
- Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting
- Knowledge of UI Builder Service Portal and Workspace configuration
- Exposure to DevOps CI/CD and ATF (Automated Test Framework)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills
Education
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or equivalent experience
- Min 7 Years of experience in Servicenow
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure SAP)
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Experience supporting global enterprise environments
