Job Summary
Role Purpose:
Lead the design and delivery of scalable modular and secure AI agent solutions (including GenAI and Copilot agents) that align with enterprise architecture and digital transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead feasibility assessments for AI/GenAI use cases across business units and clients.
Architect end-to-end solutions ensuring modularity scalability and integration with enterprise systems APIs and data sources.
Evaluate platform constraints integration risks and guide teams on responsible AI practices (e.g. bias mitigation explainability).
Establish and enforce best practices for prompt engineering model selection performance monitoring and responsible AI usage.
Align AI agent strategy with the organizations technology roadmap.
Mentor engineering teams and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solution quality and compliance.
Experience Level:
10 years in IT solution architecture with at least 3 5 years in AI/ML or GenAI projects.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure AWS GCP) APIs and security best practices.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform Copilot Studio or similar low-code/AI agent platforms is highly desirable.
