Job Description:
We are seeking a Solution Architect with strong expertise in SDLC transformation AI-driven development workflows and AWS GenAI technologies. The ideal candidate should have experience enabling AI-assisted engineering practices integrating modern tooling and supporting development teams in adopting agentic workflows.

Responsibilities:
- Enable Kiro throughout the SDLC lifecycle
- Validate requirements and generate JIRA stories
- Create and manage AI agent rules files for coding standards and architecture
- Integrate external tools and data sources via MCP servers
- Guide development teams in adopting agentic workflows
- Support CI/CD testing automation and developer productivity initiatives
- Translate business and customer needs into scalable technical solutions
