Job Summary
We are seeking a highly technical engineering leader with deep expertise in TensorFlow distributed machine learning systems neuro-symbolic reasoning probabilistic inference and scalable AI infrastructure to lead the architectural design and development of Client core intelligence platform.
The role will focus on building and orchestrating large-scale AI/ML pipelines model training and inference frameworks vectorized knowledge architectures reasoning engines and hybrid symbolic/neural systems capable of operating across complex financial and enterprise data environments. Experience with LLM orchestration graph-based reasoning knowledge representation GPU-accelerated compute environments cloud-native AI infrastructure and production-grade ML deployment pipelines is highly preferred.
This position is currently structured as Equity-First during the pre-seed/seed phase while capital formation is finalized. Upon successful completion of the funding round compensation is expected to transition into a full-time executive-level engineering role with target salary compensation in the in addition to meaningful equity participation.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Strong background in Software Development and Integration
- Proficiency in Project Management including planning execution and delivery
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset
- Experience with cloud-based solutions and AI-driven technologies is highly desirable
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
