Job Summary
Role Overview
We are hiring a Workday Extend Lead / Architect to design develop and deploy custom applications and business solutions within the Workday ecosystem using Workday Extend. This is a hands-on architect-level role for someone who can own the full lifecycle of Workday Extend development - from requirements to production deployment.
Workday Extend Certification is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and build custom applications on the Workday Extend platform
- Design and develop integrations using Workday Studio REST/SOAP web services APIs JSON and XML
- Leverage Workday Prism Analytics for data-driven solutions
- Align custom solutions with Workday HCM business processes and frameworks
- Lead technical design discussions and drive best practices for Workday extensibility
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions
Required Skills
- Workday Extend hands-on development experience (Certification preferred)
- Workday HCM Extend Module strong functional and technical understanding
- Workday Studio integration development
- Workday Prism Analytics
- APIs & Integrations design and implementation
- JSON / XML
- REST / SOAP Web Services
- Business Process Framework solid working knowledge
