Field Operations Coordinator Russian Speaker

About The Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Field Operations Coordinator to join our growing Israel this role you will be the operational backbone of our field activity - connecting employers sales teams and field representatives to ensure a smooth and efficient customer onboarding experience on the ground.

You Will:

• Receive and process order requests from employers and sales teams
• Enter and manage data accurately in internal systems
• Build and manage schedules for our field representatives
• Coordinate meetings with customers
• Provide ongoing support to field representatives and help resolve day-to-day operational challenges
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution across all markets
• Hybrid work environment - both home and office

You Have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew English and Russian - Mandatory
• Additional languages - Advantage
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and ability to quickly learn internal systems
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• A proactive ownership-driven mindset - someone who takes initiative and finds solutions
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different teams
• Experience in the Payments and Banking industry - Advantage
