HR Operations Temporary & Part-Time Role
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly reliable HR Operations Student / Temporary employee to join our People Centers of Excellence team.
This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across HR operations administration and data management in a dynamic global environment with strong exposure to multiple HR functions and significant growth potential.
This is a part-time role with a commitment of 3 full days per week working on-site at our office.
What Youll Do
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding employee changes and off boarding.
- Accurately input update and maintain employee data in HRIS systems.
- Handle sensitive employee data with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Ensure data accuracy through validation quality checks and ongoing maintenance.
- Provide administrative and operational support across HR functions including HRGP Talent Acquisition and People Operations
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related administrative and procedural inquiries
- Support the generation and maintenance of HR data and reports for internal stakeholders
What You Bring
- 2nd-year student or above (with at least 2 years of studies remaining) or equivalent relevant work experience
- Availability for 3 full working days per week office-based
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong sense of ownership and self-quality control
- Ability to handle sensitive information with full discretion
- Organized and structured approach to tasks
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Prior experience with HRIS systems - an advantage
