Job Summary

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the hotels culinary direction and food concept aligned with the overall strategy and positioning of the Colbert Collection
  • Plan and manage food revenue cost control and profitability including menu pricing waste reduction and efficient kitchen operations
  • Develop refine and execute seasonal and marketdriven menus reflecting local trends guest expectations and cultural sensitivities
  • Take full ownership of food quality consistency and presentation ensuring the highest luxury standards at all times
  • Lead and coordinate all kitchen operations providing handson leadership training and development for the culinary team
  • Ensure full compliance with food hygiene health and safety regulations maintaining exemplary standards throughout all kitchen areas
  • Collaborate closely with hotel management suppliers and engineering on kitchen investments equipment and ongoing improvement

Qualifications :

How can you succeed in this role

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef within the luxury hospitality segment ideally in a refined hotel or highend dining environment
  • Strong culinary identity with a passion for quality creativity and modern luxury cuisine
  • Demonstrated ability to manage food cost budgeting and supplier relationships effectively
  • Natural leader with experience in building motivating and developing professional kitchen teams
  • Handson mindset with the ability to remain present in daily operations while leading by example
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
