Pay: HK$19764 to HK$24023 per month
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities:
To assist day-to-day operational function at Hospital level in the following areas:
1. Perform patient registration eHR registration appointment bookings cash handling and clerical duties.
2. Cash reconciliation and perform independent checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of revenue collection.
3. Handle enquiry from internal and external stakeholders.
4. Provide administrative support including liaison with internal and external parties handling of correspondences.
5. Release patient information in line with the provisions of Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
6. Perform typing word processing and/or Chinese word processing.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Entry Requirements:
1. University Graduates; OR
2. Completed F.5/S.5 with:
i) Passes in 5 subjects in the HKCEE including English Language (Syl B) and Chinese Language or equivalent; OR
ii) 5 subjects in the HKDSE attaining the level specified below:
- Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; and
- Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / Attained in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent
AND diploma in a specialized function.
Preferred Attributes:
1. Experience in providing secretariat / executive support.
2. Qualification in Management Business Linguistics or Health Science.
3. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge of Mandarin or other dialects is an advantage.
4. Knowledge of HA IT systems is preferred.
5. High proficiency in computer applications (e.g. Word processing PowerPoint Access and Excel).
6. Good communication interpersonal and organization skills.
7. Outgoing self-motivated highly flexible multi-tasking and able to work independently under pressure.

3. This post is the time-limited in nature. Appointment will be on Contract Full-time terms up to 12 months.
