Pay: HK$69414 to HK$87341 (HMPS Point 3 to 8) per month including Monthly Allowance
Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Senior Hospital Administrator and / or General Manager (Administrative Services) of Cluster in supporting the smart hospital projects.
1. Provide executive and administrative support for cluster meetings and task forces related to smart hospital projects
2. Facilitate collaboration across departments involved in smart hospital projects
3. Assist the Cluster Director (Information Technology/Information System) in managing project timelines tracking progress and monitoring milestones
4. Prepare management reports on project status and progress.
5. Facilitate stakeholder engagement with external partners by arranging visits and discussions for potential collaborations.
6. Support promotional initiatives for new projects.
Entry Requirements
1. Good general education preferably up to tertiary level.
2. Minimum two years hospital administration experience at Hospital Administrator II / Management Trainee level.
3. Possession of formal management or hospital administration qualification is an advantage.

3. Excellent communication interpersonal and organization skills.
4. Experience in smart hospital projects.
5. Willing to perform on-call duties / duties outside office hours in response to emergencies.
6. Willing to work in other hospitals in the Hong Kong Island Cluster.
