Job Summary
About the role
Collaborate with various departments partners and authorities to assist in the implementation of last-mile compliance activities at the national and industrial levels in target markets
Finland Latvia Lithuania Estonia Serbia Bosnia and Herzegovina Montenegro Kosovo Albania North Macedonia Moldova Ukraine Romania and BulgariaResearch and stay updated on local regulatory requirements and maintain effective communication with local authorities and relevant industry associations to keep the organization informed about the latest regulatory trends.
Ensure that vehicles meet the required directives such as REACH RED BATTERY etc. and assist in compliance activities.
Support homologation and testing projects such as WVTA testing E-NCAP RCAR in accordance with compliance requirements and ensure adherence to quality cost and delivery targets.
Required skills qualifications and experience:
Bachelors or Masters Engineering degree in Automotive Mechanical Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
Min 2 years of experience in automotive product compliance or relevant fields.
Excellent oral / written English communication skills Chinese or other European language capabilities will be a plus.
Familiar with European and national compliance requirements related to new energy vehicles (incl. PHEV) such as legislation safety environmental requirements and industry practices while launching a new product.
Experience working with regulatory authorities local authorities unions or associations and third-party testing organizations.
Familiar with whole vehicle and subsystems technologies.
Passionate about NEV and creating a sustainable future.

Ability to prioritize multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a customer-centric can-do live-and-learn mindset.
Valid driving license B or equivalent driving license for passenger cars
