Position Summary

TheInternalCommunicationsSpecialistIIplaysa key role in activating communications and bringing the Budapest site story to life. This role focuses on delivering engaging communication initiatives campaigns and content translating global and site priorities into meaningful experiences for employees.

Working closely with the Site CommunicationsManager this role ensures communication plans are executed effectively consistently and with high quality across channels and initiatives.Therolebridges strategy and execution driving end-to-end delivery of communication activities while ensuring strong employee engagement and clear messaging.

Major Areas of Responsibility

1. Communication Activation & Storytelling

Translate global and site priorities into engaging locally relevant communication initiatives
Develop and deliver clear compelling content across formats (emails articles presentationsdigital content)
Consistently bring the Budapest site story to life across communication activities

2. Employee Engagement & Campaign Delivery

Plan and execute site-wide communication campaigns and engagement initiatives (e.g. town halls culture platforms)
Support leadership communication through clear audience-focused messaging
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure strong participation and engagement

3. Channel Ownership & Management

Own and manage internal communication channels (e.g. SharePoint newsletters Viva Engage digital screens)
Ensure content is relevant up-to-date and aligned with communication standards
Monitorchannel performance and continuouslyoptimizebased on insights

4. Global-to-Local Communication Delivery

Adapt and activate global campaigns and messaging for the Budapest site
Ensure global priorities are translated into clear engaging and actionable local communication

5. Execution Excellence & Coordination

Deliver communication activities end-to-end from planning through execution
Partner with the Site Communications Coordinator to ensure smooth delivery and coordination
Ensure all communication outputs meet quality consistency and timing expectations

6. Measurement & Continuous Improvement

Track communication performance (engagement reach participation)
Provide input and insights to improve communication effectiveness
Support data collection and reporting for site communication activities

Required Education / Experience

Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing PR Media or related field
35 years of experience in internal communications employer branding or related field
Strong content creation and storytelling skills across multiple formats
Experience managing internal communication channels (e.g. SharePoint newsletters social platforms)
Ability to translate complex topics into clear engaging messaging
Strong collaboration and stakeholder interaction skills
Fluent in English and Hungarian (written and spoken)
