Roving Maintenance Technician

The Roving Maintenance Technician travels between properties across Elevations Northwest Arkansas portfolio performing general maintenance repairs make-readies and preventative maintenance tasks. This role requires a self-directed professional who can manage time independently prioritize effectively across multiple sites and consistently deliver quality work without on-site supervision.

What Will I Do

• Travel between assigned properties across the Northwest Arkansas portfolio to complete work orders make-readies and preventative maintenance tasks
• Perform general repairs including plumbing electrical HVAC filter changes and basic service appliance repair carpentry painting and drywall
• Complete unit turns and assist with vacancy prep at multiple communities
• Respond to maintenance requests within established timeframes and to Elevations quality standards
• Document completed work and communicate unit conditions to the property manager or maintenance supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance shop and all assigned equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and OSHA standards on every property
• Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as scheduled

What Were Looking For

• Minimum one year of maintenance experience in multifamily housing construction or a related field
• Valid drivers license and reliable personal transportation - daily travel between properties is a core expectation of this role
• Working knowledge of general maintenance trades including plumbing electrical HVAC and carpentry
• Ability to manage time independently and prioritize across multiple properties without direct on-site supervision
• Strong communication skills and a professional resident-friendly demeanor
• HVAC and EPA 608 certifications preferred but not required
• Experience with Entrata or similar property management software preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical functions typical of apartment maintenance work
