Your Role

As a Working Student IT Systems Administrator you will support the reliability security and efficiency of our internal IT environment across our offices. You will help ensure smooth access to IT systems networks and services while contributing to infrastructure management operational support and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role combines hands-on user support with exposure to modern IT infrastructure giving you the opportunity to gain practical experience in systems administration IT operations and security processes within an international technology environment.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite IT support for our Munich offices including troubleshooting software hardware and network issues
  • Support Windows macOS and Linux environments and prepare devices for onboarding new users
  • Assist in managing on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure including networks VPNs firewalls and device management
  • Monitor security systems and support secure access management and compliance-related activities
  • Maintain hardware and IT asset inventory including procurement setup and lifecycle tracking of equipment
  • Support IT projects and initiatives focused on improving infrastructure workflows and user experience
  • Document processes and contribute to independent troubleshooting and operational improvements

Your Experience

  • Currently pursuing vocational training or a degree in IT or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in IT systems and infrastructure
  • Basic understanding of operating systems networks and IT support processes
  • Interest in modern IT tools technologies and best practices
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
