Whats on offer

Were looking for an experienced Workshop Foreperson to join our team supporting operations at Sydney Airport. This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise keeps our fleet and plant running safely efficiently and ready to perform. Youll play a key role in keeping our operations moving while building strong relationships across the business:

• Maintain repair and service a wide range of heavy vehicles and plant
• Manage the day-to-day running of the workshop and ensure a high standard of work
• Complete pink slips and support roadworthy compliance
• Order parts and manage stock control
• Maintain equipment including trucks loaders backhoes tractors and small plant
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams and airport stakeholders
• Lead by example on safety and maintain a clean organised workshop
• Be available for on-call support including emergency repairs and response

How will you connect to the role

Youre a capable trades professional who enjoys leading from the front and working with people:

• Qualified Motor Mechanic (Trade Certificate)
• Strong experience with heavy vehicles and plant
• Ability to complete pink slips (or willingness to obtain)
• HR Licence and Forklift Licence
• ASIC and Cat 2 clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• Senior First Aid (desirable)
• A practical team-first mindset with strong relationship skills
