As a company built on innovation safety and strong partnerships they are continuing to grow. This isa new opportunity for an experienced Electrical Foreperson to join the team due to expansion and recently awarded projects in various locations around Brisbane.
This position will see you working closely with site teams and management to deliver commercial construction projects.
Tasks & responsibilities
Lead and supervise the team under the support of a Project Manager
Leadership tasks including project organisation coordinate staff and internal resources and organising material
Plan assign schedule forecast and supervise the work of electricians and apprentices engaged in the construction installation testing and commissioning
Quality control
Ensure safe work practices are adhered to at all times
Qualifications & experience
In addition to your previous experience as a Foreperson you will hold the following licenses and/or qualifications:
Current QLD electrical workers license
Current Drivers license
EWP License (preferred)
Construction Industry White Card
LVR/CPR Certificate
Minimum of 2 years experience leading a team
Well-developed computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and use business systems and software
Good communication and teamwork skills
Experience working on commercial construction projects
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and plans
