About the Role

• Deliver outstanding maintenance outcomes for earthmoving equipment in a demanding mining environment

• Lead and develop a high-performing team through guidance support and clear direction

• Drive improvements in productivity efficiency and cost management

• Develop and execute effective maintenance management strategies

• Build and maintain a strong safety-focused culture

What youll need tosucceed:

• Schedule 26 (Strongly Advantageous)

• Mechanical trade qualification with relevant mobile plant experience (XCMG Liebherr Komatsu etc.)

• Strong knowledge of maintenance management practices and workflows

• Ability to collaborate with clients and prioritise maintenance needs within complex site environments

• Excellent planning communication and time management skills

• Proven leadership and team development capability

• Solid understanding of HSET requirements in WA Mining Commercial and financial awareness in line with project goals
