What does the Farm Operations Manager at Warakirri Cropping do 

• The Farm Operations Manager has full oversight into the farms activities at Warakirri Cropping. 
• Management and supervision of Leading Hand and Machinery Operators. 
• You are a significant contributor to decision-making processes. 
• Collaborate with Farm Manager on daily farm management and performance of the farm. 
• Strong contribution towards operational management employee and contractor management and leadership and Workplace Health and Safety. 
• Work closely with the farm manager independent agronomy team and in-house precision ag team to monitor and manage crops. 
• Opportunity to maximize crop potential through monitoring and management. 
• Contribute to the development of the farm its people and group culture in line with company values. 
• Operate machinery including spraying planting spreading and harvest.
