Job Summary

RecoTek is Reconomys new centralized technology hub located in Bucharest Romania officially launched in February 2024. Serving as the backbone of Reconomys tech operations it consolidates inhouse expertise across all Reconomy brands to accelerate platform development and enhance service delivery.

Recycle loop is utilising the latest technology and data to enable customers to make the best possible use of their materials.
Comply loop is enabling customers to solve increasingly complex environmental regulatory challenges using data expert knowledge and thought leadership to drive business accountability across the globe.
Re-use loop is providing intelligent technology platforms and agile delivery models for pre-retail logistics and product returns fulfilment and processing on behalf of many of Europes largest retailers.

About the role

Deploy and manage Azure and AWS infrastructure components such as Virtual Machines Virtual Networks and Serverless databases.
Design and implement scalable secure cloud architectures
Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
Streamline deployment processes to improve efficiency and reliability
Manage configuration and infrastructure as code using tools like Bicep and Terraform.
Implement version control for infrastructure configurations.
Extend existing monitoring and alerting solutions using Azure Monitor CloudWatch and other relevant tools.
Ensure system performance and availability through proactive monitoring.
Deploy security best practices and standards for Azure and AWS resources ensuring data protection and compliance.
Perform security audits and implement improvements.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide timely incident response and issue resolution.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
Work with cross-functional teams including developers QA engineers and operations teams to drive a culture of collaboration.
Provide technical guidance and support to other teams.

What we need from you

Strong experience working with Azure Infrastructure and services.
Linux/Ubuntu admin experience.
Demonstrable skills in automation and scripting Experience working with AWS Infrastructure and services
Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes)
Multi-cloud environment experience
Experience with microservices architecture
Proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure AWS)
Infrastructure as Code tools (Bicep Terraform)
CI/CD pipeline implementation
Linux system administration
Scripting languages (PowerShell Bash Python) Docker Kubernetes and Helm
App Gateway Azure Front Door Load Balancer
AWS EC2 RDS S3 VPC
