Job Summary
The Junior Proposal Engineer is responsible for the delivery of technical and commercial project proposals or sub-scope of medium large size and/or complex project proposals across various process industries (such as Life Sciences Chemical Energy Power and Renewables) within the Emerson Control Systems & Software projects business portfolio working under guidance or supervision.

In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Ensuring understanding managing and satisfying each requirement or expectation from customers or companys stakeholders through remote communication or site visits;
- Taking ownership of the delivery of the assigned technical and commercial project proposals scope or sub-scope of large size and/or complex project proposals led by Proposal Manager or Lead within automation projects business portfolio following the standard process;
- Acquiring maintaining and actively sharing knowledge and experience with the team and the more comprehensive organization;
- Proactively apply methodologies resources and techniques for minimizing the proposal preparation effort whilst maintaining the requisite schedule and quality;
- Execute assigned tasks or low complexity scope under guidance or supervision related to technical and commercial proposal delivery within Emerson Control Systems & Software projects business portfolio following the standard process.

- Bachelors degree preferably in Engineering field;
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) and excellent communication skills;
- Basic (beginner level) technical understanding of process automation computer infrastructure and network architecture.
- Experience in commercial and sales support activities;
- Project management / coordination skills.
