Job Description

TheRegionalAccount Manager(North AmericaFinancial InstitutionSales)isresponsible forthe day-to-day activities related to revenueretentionand new business growth within a current book of businessat Brinks. Thebook will consist ofregional banks and credit unionsin North America.The incumbentwill drive revenue growth manageexecutive engagementand alignmentdevelopstrategic territoryplansestablishstrongclientrelationships and act asthe primary liaisonbetween their client andBrinksto deliver ambitious businessobjectiveswithin theRegionalAccount team.

Pay: Base $80000 - $106000 Commission (Sales Incentive Plan)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managegrowandretaina $20-50Mrevenue portfolio.

  • DevelopandimplementaRegionalAccountssales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.

  • Analyze market trends competitivelandscape andcustomer needsto identify opportunities and potential risks.

  • Own monthly quarterly and annualsalesobjectivesand goals creating actionable plans and initiatives to drive achievement.

  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with key clients and partners ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs preferences and challenges and tailor solutions to address them effectively.

  • Develop and manage sales forecasts drive sales pipeline growth andcontribute actively tosales campaigns.

  • Negotiate andfinalizeagreements contracts and partnerships that align with organizational goals.

  • Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability.

  • Follow allsales processes ensuring efficiency consistency and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

  • Collaborate with other departments such ascustomer experience legalmarketing product development and operations to align strategies and achieve integrated solutions.

  • Foster effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams to drive organizational success.

  • Act asthe client ambassador andescalation pointforyourRegionalAccount clients.

  • Active travel(up to 50%)is expected with the territory to build relationshipsand uncover new opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing ora relatedfield.

  • Proventrack recordof successfulsolution-based sellingand revenue growthintomid-marketaccountspreferablyin thefinancial services industry.

  • 5 years of sales experience financial institutions background and sales experience preferred

  • Experience using SFDC Dashboards (Power BI etc.) to manage pipelinesetc.

  • Strong understanding offinancial institutionmarket dynamics trends and challenges.

  • Excellent negotiation communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Knows how to influence outcomes and navigatemid-market accounts to quickly reach decision makers andidentifybudgetsprioritiesand compelling events within a client.
